Abstract
Malignant myelosclerosis, an acute variant of myelosclerosis, is manifested by anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and myeloblasts in the peripheral blood in the absence of splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy. Because the condition appears to be more common than the literature indicates, the authors wish to report an additional case which clinically simulated metastatic bone disease.
