Abstract
Two cases of massive lymph node infarction in young men are described. Both patients had fever and lymphadenopathy and findings that suggested the possibility of viral infection. Follow up has revealed both patients to be asymptomatic, without lymphadenopathy, and with normal laboratory findings.
