Abstract

We report a case of a 37-year-old HIV positive African-American man initially presenting with a 2-month history of 0.5 cm right scrotal mass, consequently diagnosed as testicular fibroma. The diagnosis was made with intraoperative frozen section of the mass, and managed with organ sparing surgi-cal excision.
