N2 - After total shoulder replacement, there is a risk of poor function of the subscapularis, which may subsequently affect clinical outcomes. A number of direct repair techniques have been described in order to restore good subscapularis function after surgery. Repair using a lesser tuberosity osteotomy instead of a tenotomy has been shown to be effective.
