Abstract
The Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (JCRS), co-published by the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), is planning to undergo some changes in the year 2007. A new section editor, Edward E. Manche, MD will manage Review/Update submissions to strengthen the important section of JCRS. The journal will introduce a colorful look with orange as the main color, to make it easier for the readers to find material within the articles. The journal will also host symposia at the society's annual meetings. JCRS will continue to provide the most current clinical and scientific literature in cataract and refractive surgery.
