Physical examination, laboratory testing, brain MRI scanning, eeG, transesophageal echocardiography, cerebral angiography, ct scanning, and brain biopsy. Diagnosis. Intravascular lymphomatosis of the brain. Management. combined chemotherapy with cHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone) and rituximab.
