Abstract

An intracerebral hematoma was successfully evacuated from a hemophiliac patient. A high-potency antihemolytic factor preparation was used. Comparing various methods of treatment we conclude that diagnostic studies and surgical treatment of intracranial hemorrhage can be safely carried out by this method.
