Abstract
Neuropathies associated with infectious and granulomatous disorders are common causes of neuropathies worldwide. This chapter covers the diagnosis and pathogenesis of these inflammatory neuropathies, including their diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. These comprise mainly neuropathies associated with HIV infection, leprosy, Lyme disease, herpes, and sarcoidosis as well as with diphtheria, tuberculosis, and brucellosis.
