Abstract
False aneurysm formation and infection at the the site of iliac artery stent placement are uncommon complications of this procedure. We describe a case in which an infected pseudoaneurysm developed 4 months after placement of a metallic endoprosthesis in the iliac artery and review two similar cases reported in the literature.
