Abstract

A 14-year-old girl with skin lesions suggestive of incontinentia pigmenti (Bloch-Sulzberger syndrome) presented with patchy depigmentation and pigment variegation throughout the fundi. Subsequently, multiple pheochromocytomas were discovered at surgery. This association of multiple pheochromocytomas, incontinentia pigmenti and a pigmentary retinopathy is unusual.
