Abstract

Hormonal response to ACTH stimulation and HLA genotyping were determined in families of patients with 11β-hydroxylase deficiency congenital adrenal hyperplasia. Neither hormonal measurements nor HLA genotyping were useful for the detection of heterozygosity in the families.
