Abstract
In summary, the antifungal armamentarium has exploded in the past few years, and more options are available to clinicians treating patients with these challenging problems. As in all immunocompromised hosts, success depends a great deal on repairing the defect within the host immune system. These drugs hopefully give us that window of opportunity.
