Abstract

We recently encountered an 8-week-old male with hepatocellular carcinoma, whose presenting feature was a calcified soft tissue mass. This manifestation has not been reported previously in the literature and was not observed in our review of the 31 patients with primary hepatic neoplasms seen during the past 25 years at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
