Abstract
A case of a harlequin fetus in dizygotic twins is reported. The harlequin fetus is the severest expression of nonbullous congenital ichthyosiform erythroderma, an autosomal recessive disorder. Prenatal diagnosis is possible with fetoscopy and fetal skin biopsy.
