Abstract
1. A case of an uncommon clinical and radiographic entity, giant benign duodenal ulcer, is presented. 2. The roentgen features of these lesions are reviewed. 3. In the present case, the ulcer penetrated posteriorly, producing a hard, indurated, inflammatory mass that simulated a carcinoma at operation.
