Abstract
The presented case report underlines the importance of a blood sample for the evidence in infringement and criminal offenses. A faulty determination of the breath alcohol content (BrAC) detected by a non-evidential breathalyser, could be emended by a subsequent determination of blood alcohol content (BAC) from an asservated blood sample.
