Abstract
Two cases are reported of fixed eruptions due to the ephedrine isomer d-pseudoephedrine. The reactions could not be induced by any of the other three optically active stereoisomers of ephedrine. As far as has been ascertained, these are the first descriptions of fixed eruptions caused by a sympathomimetic drug.
