Abstract

Coronary artery fistula (CAF) is a condition in which a communication exists between the coronary arteries and the heart or great vessels. We evaluated characterization of CAF by using coronary CT. The CAF originated from the left coronary artery (n=2), the right coronary artery (n=1), and both coronary arteries (n= 4). The CAF drained into the pulmonary artery (n=6) and the left ventricle (n=1). Coronary CT is regarded as a precise visualizing technique.
