Abstract

Establishment of a Bloodless Medicine and Surgery center is a time consuming process with a certain level of built-in frustration. However, if you can overcome the initial obstacles and inertia, the experience will rank among the most rewarding you have had in your medical career. The authors hope that these few words will encourage any physician to proceed with developing his/her own center. Once the center is developed, the joy of accomplishment will be surpassed only by the thrill of practicing medicine with visible results.
