Abstract

On page 447 in the Materials section, subheading 2.1. Transfection, item 4. It currently reads: HEPES buffer (HBS): 3 g HEPES, 100 mL ddH2O, and 4.1 g NaCl. Dissolve and adjust pH to 7.03-7.05 using 2 M NaOH. It should read: 2X Hepes buffer recipe 1.64 g NaCl (0.28 M final), 1.19 g Gepes, 21 mg Na2HPO4 (1.5 mM final), dissolve with ddH2O to a final volume of 100 ml. Adust pH to 7.03-7.05 using 2 M NaOH.
