Abstract

(Current Biology 16, 2466–2472; December 19, 2006) It has come to our attention that in the right panel of Figure 2C of this article, certain quadrants in the two FACS plots (for DMSO-treated control shRNA and RhoE shRNA) show similarities while other quadrants are quite distinct. Because the original data are no longer available, we repeated the experiments in order to ensure the integrity of the data. New FACS plots showing annexin V/PI staining of the DMSO-treated control shRNA and RhoE shRNA clones are included in the corrected figure presented here; these new data are representative of experiments carried out using three different shRNA clones. Please note that these repeat data do not affect the conclusions of the study. The authors apologize for the original oversight and any confusion it may have caused.
