Abstract

The above-mentioned guideline by Abalovich M, Amino N, Barbour LA, Cobin RH, De Groot LJ, Glinoer D, Mandel SJ, and Stagnaro-Green A (J Clin Endo Metab. 2007;92(8_ supplement): s1-s7; doi: 10.1210/jc.2007-0141) was retired on February 26, 2021. Endocrine Society guidelines can be retired for any of the following reasons: the guideline as a whole is sufficiently out of date that it is no longer relevant to clinical practice; one or more of the guideline recommendations contain important inaccuracies or omissions that, if followed precisely, could lead to substandard patient care or potential harm; or the guideline has been replaced by a more recent publication.
