Abstract
(Neuron 102, 993–1008.e1–e5; June 5, 2019) The source data Excel file and graphs of this paper contained the following errors for which we sincerely apologize. None of the corrections affects the conclusions of experiments. We would like to correct these errors as follows: 1. In the source data for the AMPA/NMDA ratios of Figure 2D, we accidentally copy-pasted the dividing formula into the Excel sheet for the “Nrxn1SS4−” condition instead of the actual AMPA/NMDA ratio values. As a result, the data shown were the ratios of the two previous columns (the WT and Nrxn1SS4+ conditions) instead of the AMPA/NMDA ratios of the Nrxn1SS4− condition. The correct values have now been entered into the source data Excel file. The figure is unchanged since it was drafted from the right values of the AMPA/NMDA ratios from the original Excel data file.2. In Figure 4A, the x axis labels of Nrxn1SS4+ and Nrxn1SS4− were switched.[Formula presented] 3. In Figure 5E, the data for cell 12 were accidentally pasted twice in the condition “Nrxn2SS4+.”[Formula presented] 4 In Figure 6A, the data of cell 5 were inadvertently pasted twice instead of the correct data points in the “Nrxn3SS4+” condition. In Figure 6B, cell 12 was accidentally pasted twice from the “Nrxn1SS4+” condition. In addition, the y axes for Figures 6B and 6C were mislabeled; the correct labels are “NMDA total charge” and “GABA total charge,” respectively.[Formula presented] [Formula presented] [Formula presented] 5. In Figure S4, the data in cell 4 and cell 1 of the “Nrxn2SS4+” condition in panels (A) and (B), respectively, as well as cell 5 and cells 5–7 of the “Nrxn2SS4−” condition, were inadvertently pasted from other cells.[Formula
