Abstract

Figure 1 contained an error. In Strategy 3 in the Rising MRI, True Negative/False Negative row, the box should read No Biopsy. Figure 4 contained an error and a footnote was added that clarified the following: Severity as determined by providers, given wide variability in life expectancy across types of comorbid conditions. Reflects patients with life expectancy of at least 10 years.
