Abstract

A 25-year-old man presented simultaneously with digestive symptoms and a bullous dermatosis leading to the diagnosis of Crohn's disease (CD) and epidermolysis bullosa acquisita (EBA). Prednisone was initially effective on the CD but not on the EBA. Remission of the CD and relative control of the EBA were then obtained with azathioprine.
