Abstract

In this article we report the effect of nucleation and growth temperature on the synthesis of ultrafine monodisperse silver nanoparticles prepared via thermal reduction of silver nitrate with oleylamine. Effect of nucleation & growth temperature on the quality and quantity of synthesized silver nanoparticles was evaluated in terms of crystal yield, phase, morphology, size and size distribution.
