Abstract

DYT13 is a rare form of primary torsion dystonia described in a single non-Jewish Italian family. To date, only eleven cases have been reported. The age of onset is variable (5-43years, mean 15.6). DYT13 presents with cranio-cervical or arm dystonia, with progression to other body regions.
