Abstract
A case is reported of lymphosarcoma which extensively and predominantly involved the colon and simulated ulcerative colitis for almost two yr before the correct diagnosis was made. This type of colonic lymphosarcoma is rare. The literature is reviewed, including the diagnostic features differentiating it from ulcerative colitis.
