The 4 sections of book B of 'Differentiation of normal and neoplstic hermatopoietic cells' (volume 5 of the Cold Harbor Conferences on cell proliferation) deal with the following topics: (1) viruses - transformation and differentiation (11 papers), (2) cytogenetics and expression of cell-surface antigens (3 papers), (3) marrow architecture and microenvironment (3 papers) and (4) clinical-pathological relationships and differentiation of human hematopoietic tumors (9 papers e.g. B- and T-lymphoproliferative disorders, membrane markers in lymphoid malignancies, malignant lyphoma).
