Abstract
FDG-PET imaging was performed to evaluate a right ventricular mass seen on transthoracic echocardiogram and gated cardiac MRI in a patient with metastatic breast carcinoma. There was intense FDG localization in the mass, characterizing the mass as a highly metabolic tumor. A transjugular biopsy confirmed a sarcomatous-type tumor.
