Abstract
Over 1,000 patients undergoing coronary revascularization were monitored with among other the V5 lead of the ECG. Many episodes of myocardial ischemia were seen with ST depression noted only in V5. In the present paper a patient is described in whom one of the (3) grafts became kinked and clotted, an event which was diagnosed by an ST elevation in the V5 lead. The patient was reoperated with success.
