Abstract

The development of simultaneous analysis technique for oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in metals and alloys is reviewed. The analyzing process and technical index of every simultaneous analysis methods are specially summerized, and the related analyzers are introduced. At last, the mass spectrometric method based on mass spectrometer detector is predicted to be the developing trend in this field in the future.
