Abstract
We report here a case of Sweet's syndrome and the first case to our knowledge of subcorneal pustular dermatosis associated with Crohn's disease. These observations enlarge the spectrum of neutrophilic dermatoses associated with inflammatory bowel disease and reinforce the hypothesis of a possible common pathogenic pathway between these two groups of diseases.
