Abstract

A DC advanced detecting method that's able to detect the water-conducting or water-bearing structures in front of the roadway head-on in the coal mine tunnel along same layer was successfully developed by studying seven electrodes detection device system of mine DC method. The difficult problem that quantitatively forecasted the disastrous water-conducting or water-bearing geological structures and its locations in front of mine roadway head-on with a longer distance was resolved. The electrical abnormal distribution information of the geological anomalous body in front of the roadway (or tunnel) head-on was obtained after supporting interpretation technique treatment, by in-depth studying the impact & the elimination-method of layered space, formation anisotropic, near the measuring electrode (M and N), and non-front of roadway head-on. The disastrous water-conducting or water-bearing geological structures and its locations can be quantitatively explained in front of roadway head-on within 0~140 m.
