Abstract
Multi-slice CT angiography (CTA) with current generation scanners allows large volume coverage in single breath holds at isotropic voxel resolution (Chapter 1). In this chapter, CTA of the thoracic aorta refers to performance of this procedure using multi-slice systems (16-detector scanners and beyond).
