Abstract

In the published article, there was an error in Figures 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 as published. The sequence of the images was incorrect. The corrected Figures 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and their captions appear below. Case 3: Inferior angle (inverted by mirror). Case 4: Superior angle (inverted by mirror). Case 4: Inferior angle (inverted by mirror). Case 5: Superior angle (inverted by mirror). Case 5: Inferior angle (inverted by mirror). The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way.
