Abstract

Video enhanced, interference based light microscopy (VLM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and scanning force microscopy were utilized in the observation of individual labeled or unlabeled ligand molecules coupled to colloidal gold particles. The methodology of the correlative studies with each technique is discussed.
