Abstract
An additional case exhibiting the rare combination of Downs' Syndrome and hyperthyroidism is reported. The occurrence of corneal opacities, apparently without precedent, in thyrotoxic mongolism is described. The ocular findings in Down's Syndrome and in Down's Syndrome with thyrotoxicosis are reviewed. The differential diagnosis of bilateral exophthalmos and of corneal opacities in childhood is discussed.
