Abstract

Mixed cellularity Hodgkin's disease and diffuse non‐Hodgkin's lymphoma, mixed cell type, occurred consecutively in a husband and wife. Both patients demonstrated monoclonal IgM gammopathies. The unusual nature and possible significance of these findings are discussed.
