Congenital malformation detection by routine ultrasound examinations in pregnancy

Abstract

A series of 8521 pregnant women underwent ultrasonographic evaluation. Most of them had been referred in the course of routine antepartum surveillance. 44 fetal malformations were revealed in 34 of the cases.
