Abstract
We report a case in which congenital bronchobiliary fistula in an infant was ultimately confirmed by hepatobiliary scintigraphy and successfully corrected. The diagnosis was delayed because the presenting rhinitis appeared to respond to antibiotics and decongestants. Fundoplication and gastrostomy were performed for massive esophageal reflux.
