Abstract

The paper deals with several problems related to the enzymatic release of neuraminic acid and the subsequent change of immunogenicity of leukemia L 1210 cells in DBA/2 mice and of spontaneous leukemic thymocytes and leukemic spleen cells in AKR mice. The influence of chemotherapy on the immunological response to tumors is discussed.
