Clinical investigation in ACS and PCI: Shooting in the dark at a moving target

Research output: Contribution to journal › Comment/debate

Abstract

In summary, although this is an interesting presentation of the experience of three centers in a rather difficult area, there remain many un-answered questions regarding the use of Argatroban in patients with ACS undergoing PCI. I understand that by chance I may able to shoot something in the dark. I also understand that I may get skilled and manage to shoot a moving target. I just don't know how reliably I can shoot a moving target in the dark!
