Abstract
The revolutionary survival of patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) into adulthood demands familiarity with the most common congenital heart lesions. This chapter provides examples of adult CHD cases and caveats based on history, physical exam, ECG and transthoracic echocardiography that would improve mastery in identification and management of CHD cases.
