Abstract

Pediatric hematology/hematopathology is challenging as the spectrum of diseases is wide. A clinical history and a full ancillary state-of-the-art workup are important to arrive at a contemporary diagnosis. Additional workup for prognostication, clinical trial entry, and targeted therapeutics are also important.
