Abstract

Adherent Cell Analysis and Sorting cytometer (ACAS) and Flow Cytometry (FCM) are advanced instruments in cell biological research. It is worth exploring how to properly select ACAS or FCM to take the best advantage of each type of instrument and to ensure experimental accuracy and reliability. In the present paper, we discuss about the selection of the instruments in combination with research work in our laboratory.
