Abstract

Ectopic origin of the right coronary artery is an infrequent anomaly. We report a case in which the right coronary artery arose from the ascending aorta above the left sinus. This anomaly was associated with a bicuspid aortic valve. Techniques for delineation of the ectopic origin of the right coronary artery are discussed.
