Abstract
A case of aneurysmal bone cyst involving the zygoma has been reported. A review of the literature fails to show any such report in the past. The clinical, radiologic, and pathologic features of the disease have been presented. The pathogenesis and treatment of aneurysmal bone cyst have been discussed.
