Abstract
Surgical correction of intracranial vascular malformations presents a challenging situation for the anesthesiologists. However, with careful selection of anesthetic agents and techniques, meticulous attention to monitoring and close cooperation with the surgical team, a satisfying outcome can be anticipated.
