Abstract

Abstract A 30-year-old male with AIDS with worsening dyspnea and leg swelling, extensive lymphadenopathy and anasarca. CT revealed new pleural effusions and lymphadenopathy. Lymph node biopsy showed Multicentric Castleman's disease with Kaposi's sarcoma.
